Any item purchased that you need to return must be done so within 30 days of purchase and all items have a 15% restocking fee (special order items are not returnable), shipping charges can’t be refunded.All items must be returned new and unused in the original box or there will be no refund given. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.The buyer must contact the seller for the RMA# (Absolutely no refunds granted without the RMA#). We are more than happy to help you confirm the correct part you need just email and let us know what you are looking for and the model and serial number of the piece of equipment the item came from. There are no returns on electrical items this is a manufacture policy. This applies to any items sent in plastic packages that have been opened as well. If the item was shipped to you insured it must be returned to MY Filter Store 4 U insured. Please print out the RMA form below and fill it out completely for accurate and timely refunds or exchanges.
